Demonstrations of AI-based JDF workflow software were conducted on an Itotech cutting machine at the PRINTING United Expo 2024 in LasVegas, USA.

PRINTING United Expo 2024, the largest printing trade show in the United States, was held in Las Vegas from September 10 to 12, 2024. During the event, Best Graphic, our distributor in the U.S., demonstrated the AI-based JDF workflow software “Best Cut” at Ultimate's booth, using Itotech's SC series cutting machine.

At "International Robot Exhibition 2019" held at Tokyo Big Sight, a power-saving robot (Yanagihara Mechax Co., Ltd.) that moves paper on a pallet to the jogger was released.

"International Robot Exhibition 2019" was held at Tokyo Big Sight for four days from December 18 (Wed.), 2019 to 21 (Sat.). In the exhibition, a power-saving robot (Yanagihara Mechax Co., Ltd.) that picks and transfers a preset amount of paper from the stock stacked on the pallet to the jogger was released, and demonstration of smooth transfer drew attention.

Itotec participated in “Kobundo Spring Material Exhibition” held at Fukiage Hall in Nagoya where paper cutting demonstration was conducted with the eRC paper cutting machine.

Itotec participated in “49th Kobundo Spring Material Exhibition” held at Fukiage Hall in Nagoya on January 23 (Wed.) and 24 (Thu.), 2013. We had lots of visitors at the Itotec booth where the “eRC paper cutting machine” was exhibited. The cutting demonstration made by cutting operator Mr. Terada attracted visitors’ interest until the exhibition was closed successfully.

IGAS 2011 (International Graphic Arts Show) was held at Tokyo Big Sight for six days from September 16 (Fri.), 2011 through September 21 (Wed.). In spite of the rage of typhoon at the last day, we had lots of visitors. Thank you very much for visiting our booth. We demonstrated CIP4, ROBOTRIM, RoboSWIVEL and so on in our booth and had high reputation from visitors. We thank you that we had so many visitors in IGAS2011.

We participated in Pack Print International 2011 held at Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC) in Thailand.

Pack Print International 2011 (3rd Asia printing and packaging material exhibition) was held at Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre in Thailand from August 31, 2011 through September 3. ITOTEC exhibited paper cutter eRC-115DX and paper discharger/stacker RU4.0 and gained high reputation.

After the earthquake, start of restoration proceeds. eRC paper cutting machine is installed in Hachinohe Paper Processing Co., Ltd. (May 2011)

A large factory of one of leading paper mill companies located in Hachinohe, Aomori Prefecture, Japan Hachinohe Paper Processing Co., Ltd. Although the equipment and so on in the factory was severely damaged due to the earthquake and tsunami on March 11, restoration has been in due course up to now. Itotec’s paper cutting machine was installed at the end of May, immediately before full production operation was restarted. Delivered devices May 19, 2011: eRC-137DX (2 units) May 26, 2011: eRC-137DX (1 unit) Delivery is in progress.

The eRC paper cutting machine was exhibited at “Graph Expo 2006” held in Chicago, United States of America.

“Graph Expo 2006” was held at McCormic Place in Chicago, United States of America for four days from October 15 to 18, 2006. The ample space was filled with 630 participant exhibiters, among which Itotec exhibited eRC-115DX in the booth of its U.S. agency (LDR International Inc.). In the period, we had many new customers as well as sub dealers gathering from all over the America, and we enjoyed high reputation until the exhibition was closed.

A lecture about the ghandling method of the paper cutting machine and safety measures to be takenh was held at the 15th Machine Technology Seminar sponsored by Osaka Bookbinding Industrial Guild.

The 15th Machine Technology Seminar was held on Saturday, July 15, 2006, in sponsorship of Osaka Bookbinding Industrial Guild. Mr. Harada, manager of Sales Division, Itotec and Mr. Tokuda, manager of Production Division held a lecture about the ghandling method of the paper cutting machine and safety measures to be taken.h The lecture had 41 participants from 21 companies, and understandable description about the safety of the paper cutting machine gained favor among participants.

We participated in "2006 Excellent Printing Fair" held at Fukiage Hall,Nagoya, for two days from Friday January 27 to Saturday 28, 2006. Many people visited Itotec's booth where the eRC paper cutting machine wasexhibited. Paper cutting work demonstrated by Mr. Terada, a paper cutter operator,attracted interest from visitors, making the site filled with vigor throughout the exhibition period.

We exhibited our products at JGAS 2005 held at Tokyo Big Sight for five days from Tuesday October 4 to Saturday October 8 in 2005. Visitors topped 100,000 and many people visited ItotecÕs booth. During paper cutting demonstration of the eRC Paper Cutting Machine, narration and description given through a large monitor attracted attention, making the area crowded while the exhibition was held.

Itotec demonstrated paper-cutting operation of eRC Paper Cutting Machine at a partition of KOBE PRINTING EQUIPMENT (HK) CO., LTD. in CHINA PRINT 2005 (Beijing International Printing Technology Exhibition) held at China International Exhibition Center in Beijing, China with 150,000 visitors for four days from May 11 to 15, 2005, gaining a high reputation among visitors.

To the language changeover function for the eRC series, Chinese has been added.

To the language changeover function of the touch panel display for the eRC series, Chinese has been newly added, followed by Japanese, English and Thai. You can select either of two types, simplified Chinese used in the Chinese mainland or traditional Chinese used in Hong Kong or Taiwan, and this has covered most of the Chinese language area. We are now making a Spanish version.

We had a cherry blossom viewing party, which was organized by the ITOTEC customer's Meeting, at Itotec's main office.

In this season when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, we had a cherry blossom viewing party at Itotec's main office on the 4th April (Sunday) for the first time in six years and at the request of the ITOTEC customer's Meeting's families. Although it rained on the day contrary to our expectations, 80 people in total, including 20 children, took part in the party and it ended in being a great success.

Itotec exhibited the eRC-115DX and the unloader at INTEX OSAKA (JP2004 information and printing industries exhibition). The demonstration of a paper cutter which allows the management and operation on a network was watched with keen interest by visitors.

Itotec has started to sell the Robotrim.

The optional Robotrim developed for the RC Series has been completed and is now available. With the Robotrim, the cutting waste drops in the waste box beneath the table when paper is cut, so that there is no need to remove cutting waste by hand. Multi-label sheets with intervals between labels can be cut as if there are no intervals. The Robotrim can be installed to size-100 to -137 RC Series Paper Cutting Machines as optional equipment.

Took part in CIP4 as a member

TOTEC joined the members of CIP4(International Cooperation for the Integration of Processes in Prepress, Press and Postpress).CIP4 was organized in order to standardize presses from pre-processes to post-processes, using common data. ITOTEC took part in the organization as a member who prepares new standards.
